Seen, Heard & Embodied: A Transformational Improv Workshop

February 28 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
$99.00

Saturday, February 28, 2026 | 11am – 2pm | Apex, NC

Come learn the fundamentals of improvisation through interactive, movement-based improv games designed to support confidence, connection, and presence.

When we engage in play, we activate both mind and body in ways that support learning, leadership presence, and authentic connection. Play creates a space free from overthinking and self-judgment—allowing us to be more open, adaptable, and responsive.

From this open and energized space, meaningful breakthroughs can occur. Participants often describe these moments as magic—experienced differently by each individual, but deeply felt.

That “magic” may show up as:

  • Increased confidence
  • Renewed connection with others
  • Greater creativity and problem-solving ability
  • Feeling seen and heard
  • Empowerment to take risks and try new approaches
  • Increased engagement and joy

Come play—and discover what’s possible for you.

Important Details

  • Dress comfortably—we’ll be on our feet and moving for much of the session
  • A 5–10 minute break will be offered about halfway through
  • Please plan to put away all devices for the duration of the workshop to support full presence
  • After the workshop, we’ll gather for a catered networking lunch to connect and unwind together

Who This Is For

This experience is especially powerful for women who:

  • Want to strengthen presence and confidence
  • Are navigating leadership, transitions, or visibility moments
  • Crave connection without pressure to perform
  • Learn best through experience, not lectures
