Ruby Brown-Herring, MEd, BSW is the CEO of RBH Wellness Solutions.
Ruby is a Goldman Sachs Scholar, distinguished international corporate well-being speaker and consultant with a rich background spanning over 20 years.
Throughout her career, she has adeptly collaborated with organizational leadership to establish the framework for fostering healthier workplaces. Ruby’s expertise lies in community mental health education, where she empowers corporate leaders and employees alike to prioritize mental well-being. Her impactful interventions have led to enhanced belonging and engagement within organizations, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in savings through improved retention.
Ruby holds a Bachelor of Social Work from UNC Wilmington and a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina. She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and is the proud mother of twin adult daughters, both of whom have navigated their own mental health challenges.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ruby cherishes moments spent with her family and enjoys singing and decorative planning in her leisure time.
